With the holiday season upon us, the Salvation Army Stamford is kicking things into high gear to help as many families as possible. Leading the charge is Stamford mom Lt. Valerie who says her job has given her the opportunity to regularly connect with other local moms.

Cristina Young is a private practice that offers one-on-one parenting sessions, weekly support groups for mothers of teens, and on-going parenting series to educate parents on a variety of topics. She is also mom to three teenagers!
