Bright Horizons

Preschool is a big year. At Bright Horizons, our research-based preschool program has been carefully designed to meet children’s unique needs, while preparing them for kindergarten and all the big steps ahead.

Our goal is to help children do more than learn – we want to cultivate the joy of learning. Our research-based World at Their Fingertips curriculum meets children where they are developmentally; an emergent approach that enables teachers to take each child’s interests and develop activities and projects that spark curiosity, create excitement, and build on individual talents and skills.

Catholic Academy of Stamford

The Catholic Academy of Stamford’s PreK 3 and PreK 4 program is a social, emotional and academic program. We believe everyone is an individual and we encourage them to be the best they can be. Grades PreK3 through grade 5, caters to students at the beginning of their educational journey.

Personalized learning is integrated early on. We work with students and their parents to develop individualized curriculum based on the students’ unique talents and interests. Our small class sizes facilitate master-level teaching allowing for a better, technology-based education coupled with one-on-one attention.

There are limited available seats in limited grades.

Parents are invited to attend in-person Open Houses and Take a Look Days in November and January. Please check our website for dates and times. Chelsea Piers – CP Kids

CP Kids is a fun-filled place where little ones learn through play and actively boost their language, cognitive, social/emotional, and motor skills. Kids dive into hands-on experiences that spark their curiosity about the world around them and let them explore new ideas and materials. We use a cool integrated curriculum to tie everything together and help them really get it.

CP Kids is a lively space where young children learn through play and actively grow their language, cognitive, social/emotional, and motor skills. Kids get to dive into real-world experiences that encourage them to engage with their surroundings and discover new concepts and materials. We use a neat integrated curriculum to reinforce themes and understanding.

Every day, students spread out in our spacious, light-filled classrooms, picking from a bunch of super cool learning paths. They dive into open-ended materials that let them test their ideas and explore different art mediums like paint, clay, collage, construction, and pencil drawing. This kind of play encourages non-linear thinking, experimentation, and taking creative risks—key ingredients for creative expression. Our fantastic music program takes them on an exciting journey, starting with discovering their own voices—their first instrument—and moving on to reading and writing music.
