Meet Lisa!
Lisa Manaster is a Fairfield County mom of three and is one of the founding moms of the CACNA1A Foundation. After her daughter Emily’s diagnosis of the disease in 2015, with little information available from doctors, she created a Facebook group and slowly but surely that group began to grow. In 2020, as the pandemic hit, she and two other moms started the CACNA1A Foundation. Learn more about the foundation’s mission and how Emily is doing today.
