The Alliance Center is a holistic maternal mental health and wellness hub right here in Stamford!
Their team of perinatal therapists, coaches, and wellness professionals support moms through every twist and turn of the motherhood journey. From individual and group therapy to support groups, childbirth education classes, infant CPR courses, yoga, workshops, and community events, they’re creating spaces where moms feel seen, heard, and supported—whether you’re expecting, postpartum, deep in the toddler trenches, or navigating the wild ride of working motherhood.
Now, they’re launching a Career and Caregiving Survey. It’s quick 5-minute survey to hear directly from working moms about what kinds of support, workshops, and services would actually make a difference as we juggle work, parenting, and everything in between.
