With the holiday season upon us, the Salvation Army Stamford is kicking things into high gear to help as many families as possible. Leading the charge is Stamford mom Lt. Valerie who says her job has given her the opportunity to regularly connect with other local moms.

Cristina Young is a private practice that offers one-on-one parenting sessions, weekly support groups for mothers of teens, and on-going parenting series to educate parents on a variety of topics. She is also mom to three teenagers!

Kim recently opened Spavia in Downtown Stamford and is mom to two sons! Her motto is, everyone needs a little “me” time… especially busy moms!

Stephanie is mom to two daughters and is a family and child photographer in Fairfield County!

Stacey was born and raised in Stamford and is now raising her own daughter here! She works as the VP of Marketing for KIDBOX which she describes as a box with a heart.

Lauren is mom to a 2-year-old son. She says she not only found a great job as a FIT4MOM instructor, but also found her “village” there after moving to Stamford two years ago!

Audrey is mom to two children and recently started a home care staffing agency with her husband and mother-in-law. She says her recent career decisions have allowed her to be more involved in her children’s activities, while also offering high quality home care services.
