ACTION ARTS SUMMER CAMP
Ages 5 & up

Action Art Summer Camp is a fun, safe, art and Lego camp, held in a safe, air-conditioned building with excellent air circulation. Campers enjoy snack and lunch outside on our flower-filled patio under colorful umbrellas.
Campers are learning a skill, and having the best time ever! Our counselors are energetic college students who are artists, and Lego enthusiasts. All are great with kids and have worked with us before.
Every day we play active, fun games in our gym, so that all campers get a variety of activities no matter which camp they are participating in.
Camp is 10 a.m – 2 p.m with an early drop-off option at 9:30 a.m. Movie Time 2 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. (late pickup) PM Mini Camp, 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Enrollment for summer is open at Ballet School of Stamford! Choose from three exciting programs including four weeks of half days filled with dance and crafts for 3 – 7 year olds, three weeks of summer dance for children 7 – 15 with ballet, hip-hop, jazz and modern classes and four weeks of intensives for 11 – 20 year olds each with a different focus including STEAM, choreography and and a Parson Dance led program.

Bartlett Arboretum & Gardens summer camp programs offer immersion into the natural world through the exploration of the arboretum’s 93 acres of forest and gardens. Programming is hands-on, and incorporates STEAM concepts (science, technology, engineering, art and math) in age appropriate contexts. In addition to the week specific programming, each camp segment allows time in each day for games and relaxation appropriate to the age level. Our aim is making nature inviting & engagement fun.
BOBBY VALENTINE’S SPORTS ACADEMY

As Bobby Valentine’s Sports Academy celebrates 16 years serving the City of Stamford, our multi-sport summer camps are back and better than ever! For baseball and softball players looking to increase their skills, we have a full summer of specialty clinics that offers professional level instruction to our students. If baseball/softball isn’t your child’s thing, but they love to be active and run around, we also offer All Sport Camps, which are full of fun and various activities! BVSA is also partnered with JA Elite, who will be offering indoor soccer camps for children ages 5-13. All of their camps run from 9 a.m. – noon, and include a snack break. Curtain Call’s Summerstock and Summerstock Junior are full-day, conservatory-style workshop programs in dramatic and musical theatre arts. Students hone creative, collaborative and social skills as well as performance skills. Each session runs two weeks and accommodates a maximum of 40 students. Those students are then placed in age-appropriate groups for a rotating schedule of study in a variety of performance subjects under a team of specialized instructors.

Get ready for the Ultimate Camp Experience! Holiday Hill Day Camp (HHDC) is not your traditional day camp. For over 50 years, the Italian Center Day Camp has been the summer home for thousands of children in Fairfield County. My Architecture Workshop summer camp is a licensed non-profit summer day camp, hosted at the Strawberry Hill School Barn in Stamford. The six-week program is designed around S.T.E.A.M. to engage student’s minds and imaginations to explore how buildings and cities are designed and built. Through hands-on experience students explore architecture through the lens of Natural Sciences, Geography, Mathematics and Art while working toward a collaborative architecture project.

PEACE Basketball Summer Camp provides all-around skills development in a fun and safe environment. We utilize training drills, games, contests, and scrimmages to help players improve their ball-handling, shooting, decision-making, and all-around basketball skills. Camp is challenging yet fun for all skill levels, and all campers receive a free t-shirt!

Peak Performance Sports Camp is back for summer 2022! This camp offers a combination of traditional sports games like: Floor hockey, soccer, basketball, flag football, handball, wiffleball, team handball, kickball, dodgeball, capture the football, survivor and much more! Lots of game play and tournament play! Lots of action and fun! Camp will be at Scofield Middle School in Stamford this year and all registration will be done through the Stamford Recreation website!

Enrollment is closed for 2022, but Camp Playland is looking for great staff! Camp Playland is a place where children feel physically and emotionally safe. We strive to create a unique environment where every camper feels a sense of belonging, learns life-long skills and forges lasting relationships with their peers and counselors. Everything that happens at Playland has one core ingredient: FUN! Good Friends + Fun Times = Great Memories! We offer a skill development program that enables each child to grow and learn at their own level. Every camper is encouraged to develop new skills and to grow mentally, emotionally, socially and physically. Campers are encouraged to try new activities but are never forced to participate. Each child’s self-esteem is nurtured as an individual and as part of a group.

In RF Youth Boxing’s fitness-inspired summer program, youth athletes are trained by the pros with exercises, movements, and drills designed to challenge the whole body – both mentally and physically. Their coaches use the art of boxing to promote health and wellness, encourage confidence, and build leadership skills. They develop athletes and self-esteem. PLUS- special activities like guest speakers, field trips, and more!
THE RUSSIAN SCHOOL OF MATHEMATICS

The Russian School of Mathematics is an award-winning after school math enrichment program. This summer, students can choose from a variety of K-High School courses that will be taught either in-person or in a virtual classroom setting during a 6 week summer session. Courses begin July 5.

Set sail with Camp SoundWaters this summer! Sailing, science, hands-on discovery, outdoor adventures, and working as a team create the ultimate summer experience for your child! STAMFORD NINJA ACADEMY

At the Stamford Ninja Academy, they offer summer and school break camps for ninjas ages 6 – 12 (children not yet age 6 must be entering first grade). The lead camp counselors are the same staff that coach throughout our school year classes. The Stamford Ninja Academy camp is certified by the State of Connecticut and held in our fully air-conditioned facility. In addition to obstacle training, campers will participate in daily indoor games, group activities, arts & crafts, in-house field trips, ice-cream parties and much more!

Character, leadership, and the highest level of sportsmanship distinguish St. Luke’s athletics. Campers will take advantage of St. Luke’s state-of-the-art athletic facilities in a fun and safe environment. MULTI-SPORTS CAMP (ages 5-14) features soccer, lacrosse, baseball, softball, field hockey, basketball, squash, tennis & more! BASEBALL CAMP (ages 6-12) teaches baseball fundamentals and develops individual player skill sets. FOOTBALL CAMP (ages 6-13) is for players to have fun and learn football fundamentals while building confidence and supreme character. BASKETBALL CAMP (ages 5-13) is designed for players to learn the fundamentals of the game, and the importance of teamwork, sportsmanship, and competitiveness. Campers will work on individual skills and participate in age-appropriate competitions and games.
