I am a mom of a little girl that loves everything fun and fancy. She requests tea parties, princess parties , impromptu high fashion runway shows (she is the designer and model) and spa days. If you are lucky enough to get a spa day request in advance or you are planning a party, I have a few suggestions to help you plan!
Plan the Food
I suggest making a charcuterie board with a how-to from The Cozy Food Feed, purchasing a custom board from Slim Pickings by Kelly or spa inspired cookies from Crazy Confections.
Add Some Decor!
If it is a last minute request, like mine usually are head on down to Trader Joe’s and get an assortment of beautiful inexpensive flowers. It’s all about ambiance. If you don’t have a vase, use a watering can and your oversized coffee mugs (another mom essential).
Grab Some Beauty Essentials
I arrange our Pink Chawkulit Nail Polish collection in a serving tray and allow my daughter to choose whatever colors she wants. NO RULES. Mani and Pedi do not have to match and we can use as many colors and our transformative top coats that she likes! My daughter LOVES a Skittle Mani which is a different color for each nail. All of our colors are pink or neutral tones so they really complement each other. He favorites are the ones that she named (of course) Toy Poodles, Puppy Kisses, Piggy Bank, Yummy, Haute Cocoa, Pop Star and our signature sheer Punkie Pie!
We start with our base coat that is infused with argan oil to hydrate, restore, protect and nourish your nails. Then we pick our colors, which are also individually infused with argon oil. Lastly, we seal our manis with our top coats. Taylor loves using our transformative top coats to make the colors she chose glossy, matte or sparkly with our holographic top coat.
As for me, I chose our signature shade Pink Chawkulit for my mani and pedi. I had a little fun by using our matte topcoat and topped my ring finger with one coat of Glimmer and Glisten to add a little pop!
