Stay Fit For FREE This Summer! | Stamford Moms

This summer, a number of fitness studios are offering workout classes at parks and public areas throughout Stamford! They’re open to any and everyone, giving you the chance to try out new workouts for FREE!

Just be sure to check ahead, some require signing up in advance because space is limited. Since all classes are outdoors, in the event of rain, please check ahead of time to be sure classes will continue as scheduled!
