Step 1: Getting Started

After filling out a lead form on RingsEnd.com, you will receive a phone call to schedule a free in-home consultation.  A certified Ring’s End salesperson will visit you at your home to evaluate your project. During this visit, we will inspect your windows and identify any problems, understand your priorities and budget, walkthrough product solutions and design options tailored to your project and needs.

Step 2: Showroom Visit

While optional, there is value in experiencing window and door products in one of our eight showrooms.  Our showrooms provide you the opportunity to touch and feel our different brand offerings and look closely at the different solutions and styles, all while Ring’s End experts are there to answer questions, walk you through small details and help guide you in making a confident decision.  Ring’s End offers our customers several premium window brands, including Marvin, Andersen, and Harvey.  We proudly recommend Trustile interior doors and Upstate Door as our leading exterior door manufacturer.

There is no need to make an appointment to visit a showroom, just swing by for a visit during our normal business hours of Monday through Saturday from 7 am to 5 pm.

Before placing the order, a member of the Install Team will schedule one last appointment to take final measurements, and solidify product specifications.  This step is essential for ensuring your order is placed accurately to keep your project on track!  Once completed, your order will be placed.

Step 5: Installation & Service:
When your order arrives at our warehouse, the Ring’s End Window Installation team will reach out to schedule delivery and installation of your new window and doors!  On the day of delivery, all products including new window casing, flashing and seam tape, nails, caulk, and other tools will be on the truck with your new windows and doors.  At Ring’s End, we know using the proper tools and products along with best-practice installation techniques is extremely important.
