Residential Parking Permit Zone Enforcement Goes into Effect - Stamford Moms

As of today, the City of Stamford says it will be enforcing the Residential Parking Permit Zones. If you park in one of these zones, you must have a valid permit hung from the rearview mirror of your vehicle’s windshield.

The program’s purpose is to ensure that those neighborhoods that warrant the program, provide parking options for residents to park their vehicles.

If you have an approved Residential Parking Program on your street, a permit can be purchased for $15.00 at the Cashiering & Permitting Department on the ground floor of the Stamford Government Center located at 888 Washington Boulevard. Residents may fill out and print the residential parking permit renewal form before going into the Government Center. You can get the form here.
