Recipe: Lemon Garlic Parsley Baked Salmon | Stamford Moms

Ingredients:

  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lb fresh salmon
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 clove fresh garlic or 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • parsley
  • white cooking wine
  • bread crumbs of choice
 

Directions:

1. Squeeze half a lemon over the fresh salmon.  
2. Season the salmon generously with salt, pepper, garlic and parsley.
3. Brush and “blot” approx. 1/4 cup of white cooking wine (blot with a cooking brush to not disturb the seasonings).
4.  Sprinkle bread crumbs of choice and top with 1/4 fresh lemon again.
5. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.  Cut into the salmon at 15 minutes to check; you want to see it light pink on the inside.
6. Broil an additional two minutes for a crunchy top.
7. Serve and add one more 1/4 of a fresh lemon.
