Make A Christmas Breakfast Board! | Stamford Moms
Looking for a fun and creative way to serve breakfast on Christmas morning?
Mariane Quadri is a Stamford mom of two who recently launched her own blog, Lulu Quadri where she’s sharing her love of crafting, cooking and all things DIY! Make a delicious breakfast board! It’s a one stop shop for all the breakfast goodies and the best part is that you can tailor it and add all the family favorites… plus kids love it!
Grab a platter and add bacon, waffles, pancakes, french toast, fruit, sausage… you can get creative!
Mariane is also sharing her recipe for her fluffy golden pancakes. Check it out below and be sure to follow her on Instagram @lulu.quadri!

– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 tablespoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
– 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1 and 1/2 cup buttermilk
– 2 eggs

1. Mix the dry ingredients together and set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients (buttermilk, eggs, vanilla).
3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and combine without overmixing. Lumps are okay and are what help make the pancakes extra fluffy.
4. Once all has been combined, scoop about a half cup of batter onto a griddle and cook on high until golden brown.
5. Flip and cook on the other side.
6. Serve on the breakfast board with a side of butter and syrup and Enjoy!
