FREE outdoor workout classes are starting up throughout Stamford this spring and summer! Scroll down for a list of options from yoga to cardio and more!

STAMFORD DOWNTOWN

No prior registration is needed.  All classes are on a first come, first served basis and subject to weather conditions. Participants must Sign Waiver (valid for the entire season). Bring a mat for all yoga classes & Boot Camp and Power Workout Classes run May 16 – July 3 & August 15 – September 25!

Boot Camp with Chelsea Piers at 6:30 p.m.

WEDNESDAYS:
Bollyfitness with NEHA at 6:30 p.m.

THURSDAYS:
Yoga with Chelsea Piers at 6:30 p.m.

FRIDAYS:
Zumba with Stamford YMCA: Y without Walls at 6:30 p.m.

SATURDAYS:
Yoga with Dew Yoga at 9 a.m.

SUNDAYS:
Power Workout with Rumble Boxing Stamford at 9 a.m.

Rhythmic Yoga with Live Drumming at 7 p.m.

WEDNESDAYS:
Bollyfit at 7 p.m.

SATURDAYS:
Bootcamp with UJ of Fitness Plus Unlimited at 9 a.m.
Zumba with Tristan at 12:30 p.m.

SUNDAYS:
Sunrise Yoga with Aimee from CT Power Yoga at 9 a.m.
Core & Glutes with Eddie from Chelsea Piers at 10 a.m.

HARBOR POINT

Classes arecomplimentary, but each participant is asked to RSVP. Classes June 4 – August 27.
