Downtown Trout Day Fishing Celebration

Celebrate Connecticut’s Free Fishing Day with Trout Unlimited at Mill River Park. Watch the excitement as the river is stocked with trout just after 9AM, then take part in a full morning of activities including fishing, fly casting instruction, knot tying, stream walks, and bug identification. Volunteers will be on site to help beginners get started. Bring a bucket if you have one and enjoy a day of hands on outdoor fun.
