Looking for a summer filled with fun activities, fitness, and unforgettable memories? At the IC, we have everything you and your family need to make the most of the season—all in one place.

Cove Island, Cummings and West Beach:
  • Open weekends starting Memorial Day Weekend: May 24, 25 and 26 – Labor Day Weekend: August 30, 31 and September 1.
  • Open weekdays starting Monday, June 23 – Monday, September 1.
  • Lifeguard Hours: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Quigely Beach:
  • No Lifeguards on Duty.
Heroy Pool:
  • Open weekends starting Saturday, June 19 – Sunday, August 10.
  • Hours: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Open weekdays starting Monday, June 21 – Friday, August 8.
  • Hours: 4 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Tram at Cove Island:
  • Open weekends starting Memorial Day Weekend: May 24, 25 and 26 – Labor Day Weekend: August 30, 31, and September 1.
  • Open weekdays starting Monday, June 23 – Monday, September 1.
  • Tram Hours: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
*Throughout the course of the beach and swim season, all Lifeguard hours of duty and permitted swim area sizes are subject to change based on lifeguard availability. As always, please only swim in approved swim areas and during Lifeguarded hours.

Note: Parking permits are required at Stamford beaches, May 1 – September 30. Click here for details on how to get a permit!

Open 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. daily, weather permitting. The splash pad closes in the event of rain, thunderstorms, etc.
