Vaccination Signups Now Open for Senior Residents Through Stamford’s Department of Health | Stamford Moms

Senior residents 75 years old or older can now get vaccinated through the City of Stamford’s Department of Health. Qualifying residents must sign up to get vaccinated in Stamford by filling out this form. Vaccination availability is subject to the number of vaccines delivered to Stamford by the State Department of Public Health.

Senior residents who are 75 years old or older and need assistance filling out the form can contact the City’s Senior Center by calling 203.977.5151. The City continues to follow the State of Connecticut’s vaccination rollout currently in Phase 1a which covers healthcare personnel, long-term care facility residents, and first responders.

Governor Ned Lamont announced yesterday the State’s vaccination rollout would expand to include residents 75 years old or older.

The City of Stamford currently hosts vaccination clinics at the Stamford Government Center, 888 Washington Boulevard, 4th Floor.
