The Stamford Moms Summer Camp Snack Drive! | Stamford Moms

Stamford Moms is proud to partner with Person to Person (P2P) this spring to help collect snacks as part of their annual Campership program.

Each year, P2P does a Campership Appeal to send children to camp. All children considered for Camperships live in low-income households in Stamford and are referred through their schools. Typically, P2P Camperships serve approximately 15% of the total number of children who qualify for free or reduced meal programs, a primary criterion for consideration. As we all know, summer camp offers peace of mind for working parents and reduces childcare concerns, while keeping children safe and engaged.

Many of the camps P2P partners with are also in Stamford! So, we want to help by collecting as many snacks as we can between now and Wednesday, June 14 for the children in the program to bring with them this summer!!
