Stamford Downtown, in conjunction with various City of Stamford departments, will host a free touch-a-truck event for the third year, during spring break!
Touch A Truck is a family-friendly event designed to allow children to explore, climb and touch vehicles of all shapes and sizes. The Stamford Fire Department, Stamford Police Department, Stamford Emergency Services, City of Stamford Operations Department will bring vehicles featuring emergency and rescue vehicles as well as other city vehicles.
This hands-on event is an opportunity for children to see, touch and explore their favorite big trucks, heavy duty equipment and large vehicles.
The event is hosted at Veterans Memorial Park 130 Atlantic Street on Wednesday, April 17, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
