Preparing for Parenthood
Fertility Yoga (in person and virtual)
Classes begin September 13
You will be guided through yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and other practices, which will promote calm energy flow and improve your overall physical and emotional wellness. This class is the perfect way to way to practice self-care and to connect with others on a similar journey.

EMPOWERED Pregnancy Birth Education Series begins October 4
Get the education and tools for pregnancy, labor and delivery, which include, prenatal nutrition, labor education, breast-feeding education, infant CPR, choking and first aid and so much more!

Prenatal Yoga is a favorite at Family Tree Yoga
