Portion of Long Ridge Road to Close Beginning this Week | Stamford Moms

A portion of Long Ridge Road will close to through traffic beginning July 24 and lasting until August 21.

The road closure will last for four weeks. During that time, traffic will be detoured at the portion of the road between Erskine Road from the north and Old Long Ridge Road from the south. Southbound traffic will utilize Erskine Road, while northbound traffic will utilize Old Long Ridge Road.

The Connecticut Department of Transportation will be replacing a culvert under Long Ridge that the Mianus River flows through.

During this time, you’re encouraged to seek alternate routes. Visit the the City of Stamford’s Traffic Construction page for further information on the project.
