The Alliance Center
The Alliance Center is a perinatal mental health practice crafted for expectant, new, and experienced parents and their families. You are invited to to gather together, strengthen, collaborate and mend in this space. We are here to protect you on your unique parenting journey through a variety of offerings.

Family Tree Yoga
Family Tree Yoga is run by Kimberly Motill who had a dream to create a yoga haven for families in Fairfield County – particularly pregnant women and their growing families, so she created a supportive, nurturing environment where pregnant people and new parents, could be in community, learn from one another.

CircleMoms Circle
CircleMoms is open to moms of newborns and moms to be! If you just had a baby or are expecting in the next few weeks, join the circle to meet other women that recently had a baby.
CircleMoms brings moms 0 – 3 months postpartum together for 6 weeks of targeted discussions and meetups led by a postpartum doula; moms meet in-person with the same group of women to get connected with a local community of mothers, get expert guidance caring for baby (support with sleep, feeding, engaging with baby), and healing (postpartum emotions, pelvic floor health).

The MOMS Club of Stamford is a way to meet other moms who share common interests and concerns. Open to stay at home moms of all ages, as well as those who work out of their homes or work part-time.
MOMS Club of Stamford now includes all of Stamford, Darien, New Canaan, Greenwich and Pound Ridge, NY.
