Family Tree Yoga Moms Group
This series with Kimberly from Family Tree Yoga will provide safe space for mothers to share, connect and learn with and from one another. This series is open to moms at any stage of the postpartum period.
Each week will bring a new topic for discussion to help support your journey. Babies will attend along with you. They can, eat, sleep or play during class.

Family Tree Yoga Chat & Play Weekly Playgroup
This is a fun, weekly drop-in class led by Kimberly from Family Tree Yoga! Parents chat and connect, while babies play. Babies will free play with age appropriate toys and sensory experiences.
The last few minutes of class will end with a circle-time, with lap games & songs.
This is for crawlers (or just about to crawl) – 20 months old at Honey Joe’s Family Coffeehouse on Fridays at 10 a.m. Space is limited, so please pre-register, here.
CircleMoms Circle
CircleMoms is open to moms of newborns and moms to be! If you just had a baby or are expecting in the next few weeks, join the circle to meet other women that recently had a baby.
CircleMoms brings moms 0 – 3 months postpartum together for 6 weeks of targeted discussions and meetups led by a postpartum doula; moms meet in-person with the same group of women to get connected with a local community of mothers, get expert guidance caring for baby (support with sleep, feeding, engaging with baby), and healing (postpartum emotions, pelvic floor health).

Baby and Toddler Playgroups at The Therapy Center at Abilis
Located in Stamford, these classes offer age-appropriate groups that focus on music, playtime and making new friends.
TODDLER & ME offers a tiny tots class for children 2-years-old and 3-years-old.
BABY & ME playgroup offers classes for babies newborn to 6 months old, 7 months old to 12 months old and 13 months old to 18 months old.
The fun, interactive six-week program focuses on developmental milestones and sensory learning for all baby and toddler age groups. The classes feature music, infant massage, mindfulness and play! Playgroups are for children of all abilities and are held at The Therapy Center at Abilis, which features a fun sensory gym perfect for babies and toddlers.
Parents and caregivers will also benefit by learning a variety of parenting and play topics, which will be integrated into the playful programs.
There are six classes for each age group held on January 18 & 25, February 1, 8, 15, and March 1. Registration is open online at abilis.us or by calling 203-324-1880 x 315.
New Moms Group: Postpartum Support Series
In this six week long series at the Alliance Center CT, tackle the most common topics in early parenthood. Join at any time and stay for six sessions to capture the full experience. Using elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT) and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) you will gather tools, resources and skills in order to thrive during this period of transition.
You will also have the opportunity to connect with other parents in the same life stage to build your new community of support. Babies (pre-crawlers) are welcome.

Scribble Dabble Creative Studio Baby & Toddler Playgroup
For babies and toddlers, 10 months old – 24 months old.
Baby & Toddler Playgroup offers you and your child an opportunity to explore a variety of age-appropriate art & sensory activities together alongside a small group of peers. Each month features a new theme to learn while you play!

GRS Blooming Babies Playgroup
This is a weekly playgroup at the Stamford JCC where babies and toddlers, birth – 2 years old. Enjoy exploration, socialization, circle time, music, puppets, story time, and more! This is also am opportunity for caregivers of young children to socialize and support each other.

Stamford Pediatric Associates New Mom Support Group
The New Mom’s Support Group is a bi-monthly informal meeting for moms of newborns held every other Wednesday, 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. in the Stamford Pediatric Associates Darien office.
The goal of this group is to assist in making this exciting but scary and exhausting period in a parent’s life as fulfilling as possible and to serve as a support system. It is a place to share concerns, questions, and experiences.
There is no cost and no commitment.

The MOMS Club of Stamford is a way to meet other moms who share common interests and concerns. Ope to stay at home moms of all ages, as well as those who work out of their homes or work part-time.
