Tell us about your career.
I started out in hospitality, then in sports television, and then found Yoga and fell in love! I started out working at a yoga studio part time to immerse myself in the peaceful atmosphere and the community of wellness minded people. I took all the classes and trainings I could and got certified as an instructor.
What was your inspiration behind Family Tree Yoga & Wellness?
Once I became a mother, and my step children were teens, I wanted to make my own hours, to spend as much time as could with my family. I also wanted to connect with other moms, so I began teaching Prenatal Yoga Baby & Me classes.

I hope that they feel a deeper sense of themselves and connect and support one another!
