I have two girls, ages 16 and 14.
What are your favorite family activities in Stamford?
My favorite activities are going out to dinner and working out. There are so many great restaurants in Stamford! My husband and I like to have a date night and either dine at one of our favorites or try somewhere new.
What do you love about Stamford?
I love that Stamford has such a great downtown area, is full of shopping and has some of the best restaurants in Fairﬁeld County.

Ultimate Solutions Medical Spa offers primary care as well as facial treatments, body treatments, hormone optimization, sexual wellness treatments, vitamin injections and IV Therapy.
As a doctor, I know the importance of regular physical exams and preventative care so being co-owner of the gym works into my commitment to helping people stay healthy and active.
Our gym, Anytime Fitness Stamford is open 24/7 and has state of the art equipment as well as ﬁtness classes such as Zumba, Yoga and Core Chair Fitness classes. My husband, Frank, who also is a retired NYC Police Officer, works as co-owner and a Personal Trainer for members. We are proud to be a 5 star rated gym and also enjoy
thanking our members by offering free Membership Appreciation Days where they can enjoy free services such as mini facials, red light therapy, discounts on B-12 and Vitamin D shots and more (each event offers different free services). What do you love about your businesses?
I enjoy working with people and seeing people get healthier both through my practice and through the gym.
How do they work together to promote wellness for women?
I love keeping our patients and members healthy. I’ve seen ﬁrsthand how Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy changes lives. Patients (both men and women) get a simple blood test and then I tailor their hormone pellets to their needs, thereby optimizing their hormones. Hot ﬂashes, night sweats, mood swings, weight gain, memory problems all improve, giving my patients happier, healthier lives. Offering the community and my patients the ability to join our gym completes the circle of wellness.
What’s your #1 tip for moms who can’t seem to find time for themselves?
I believe women need to make themselves a priority. Even though most women have a full plate, making the time to care for themselves is imperative. Women give so much to their families and work, self-care is more important than ever. When you care for yourself, you have more to give. Like you schedule in doctor appointments or other engagements, you should make a time each day just for you. Whether it means waking up earlier to exercise or treating yourself to a facial, you can renew yourself which makes you feel better mentally and physically.
What is the best piece of advice you’ve gotten from another mom?
The best piece of advice I’ve been given is to spend as much time as you can with your children by managing your work hours. Know your priorities.
