Meet Cindy! | Stamford Moms

How many kids do you have any what are their ages?
My daughter, Stella Sophia will be 4-years-old in March.

What are your favorite family activities in Stamford?
As a family, we like to go to Cove Island Park, the Stamford Museum & Nature Center and my daughter also enjoys Chestnut Hill Park. We take her to Stamford Town Center for ballet class and buy books at Barnes & Noble! Of course, Sunday brunch at Elm Street Diner or pick up Liz Sue Bagels. We love dining out at the many restaurants Stamford has to offer!

What do you love about Stamford?
I love that Stamford feels like a city and a small town all wrapped into one. It is very accessible to New York City and all the New England states. Stamford is historic, yet always growing and evolving. I love the diversity of the people and all the restaurants, shopping and activities. Most of all, it’s an ideal place to raise a family and be a mom.

Tell us about your career.
Being a real estate agent has always been a dream, so I chose that as my career.

How did you get into real estate?
I have always had a desire to match people with their dream home. So, I decided to pursue it professionally.

What do you love about real estate?
I love helping people/Families. I am able to envision and truly appreciate all the memories and moments that will be shared in their forever home. As the saying goes, “home is where the heart is.” I want to be part of making that happen.

Why did you join the Staci Zampa Team?
Joining the Staci Zampa Team was an easy decision to make after meeting Staci and her team. Everyone on the team is excited and passionate about real estate. Having a team to collaborate and grow with is truly incredible.

What is your #1 piece of advice for someone looking to buy or sell a home?
Find an experienced real estate agent/team that is familiar with your local market, because they will likely get you the best results. Also, be patient and don’t be impulsive. You never wan to make such a big decision when emotions are high.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve gotten from another mom?
Be present in the moment. Worry less about small things and allow myself to really enjoy my daughter, without getting caught up in my own expectations of what I think motherhood should be.
