How To Give Back This Holiday Season | Stamford Moms

The holiday season isn’t always a happy time for families. In Connecticut, one in every five children is hungry or at risk of hunger. According to the Food Bank of Lower Fairfield County, the need for emergency food has doubled in the past five years. Many of us look for ways to give back, especially during the holidays. This holiday season, a little can go a long way. Whether it’s donating toys, buying gifts for a family, donating diapers or giving your time, there are many ways to help those in need, in our area.

Since it can be hard to figure out how and where to give, we’ve put together a list of organizations in Stamford looking for donations and volunteers for the holidays.
