In this postpartum support series, we will tackle the most common topics in early parenthood: identity, self care, navigating changing relationships, sleeping, feeding & soothing, postpartum mind & body and returning to work. However, no topic is off limits. Using elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction you will gather tools, resources and skills in order to thrive during this period of transition. You will also have the opportunity to connect with other parents in the same life stage to build your new community of support. Babies (pre-crawlers) are welcome.
