The AirGarage system offers customers three convenient options:
- Mobile Web Access – No app download required. Customers can simply visit pay.airgarage.com on any smartphone browser to start and end parking sessions.
- AirGarage Mobile App – Available for download on iOS and Android for customers who prefer the enhanced features of a dedicated app.
- Cash Payments – Traditional cash payments remain available at the concierge desk on Level 4 of the mall, near Grand Court, ensuring all customers can continue to park conveniently regardless of their technology preferences.
Addressing Customer Concerns
“We’ve heard from some customers who were concerned about having to download new apps,” said Dan Stolzenbach, General Manager of Stamford Town Center. “We want everyone to know that while the AirGarage app offers the best experience, it’s not required. You can pay through any web browser on your phone, or simply pay with cash at our Level 4 concierge desk.”
The mobile web option provides the same core functionality as the app, including:

- Access to customer support

- Search for ‘Stamford Town Center’ or scan the QR code at parking entrances
- Start your session when you park
- End your session when you leave
For cash payments:
- Visit the concierge desk on Level 4, near Grand Court
- Staff will assist with payment processing
