While most opportunities are for middle and high school students, there are a handful of service opportunities for our younger kids in elementary school grades 1 – 5. Elementary projects are designed to be fun, accessible ways for children to spread kindness, learn about service, and give some of their time to others. Kids participating in our elementary-aged projects will be mentored by our older KHK volunteers who know first hand how giving a little can make such a big impact and must have a guardian present at these projects.

Create a Thank You for Delivery People
This time of year, deliveries are coming fast and furious. Plus, you might have extra people helping get your home ready for the holidays. Show your gratitude and get your kids involved by putting out snacks, drinks and a thank you note. Bigger kids can choose the snacks and write the note, and little ones can draw pictures.
