Dinosaur Bar-B-Que is debuting a new lunch special… the Build Your Own BBQ lunch menu! It’s available Monday – Friday and with a variety of “vessel”, meat, topping and side options it’s sure to have something that will make everyone happy!
Here’s how it works:
1. Choose your vessel (open-faced, tacos, sliders, roll, cornbread).
2. Choose your smoked meat.
3. Choose your sauce .
4. Top it.
5. Make it Extra! (add cheese, queso, or bacon)
Stamford is the only location right now that has the option of cornbread as a “vessel”… which is what I got when I tried the menu and it is delish!!! The full menu is available here!
