Pregnancy Support Group: A Parent Prep Group

Are you a mom-to-be who has a lot of feelings about your pregnancy, upcoming labor, and beyond? Do you love your provider but feel like you aren’t able to talk about some deeper emotional shifts that you’re experiencing? Would you like to meet other parents who are going through the same thing as you are while also learning practical skills?
The Alliance Center’s Pregnancy Support Group is an emotionally focused psychoeducation group to prepare you for the emotional landscape of pregnancy and the profound transformation of motherhood ahead. We aim to address the complexities of pregnancy by recognizing that pregnancy can be a time of joy and excitement, but it can also bring up feelings of overwhelm, grief, anxiety, etc.
