Take time out just for you! This class is designed to support your body and mind after having your baby. We will focus on safely strengthening the pelvic floor, abdominals, and overall strengthening and stretching. You will reconnect with and rejuvenate your body and enjoy the community of others in the same stage of life. Yoga helps with sleep, stress, digestion, and overall mental and emotional wellness. Join us! 6 weeks postpartum and beyond Please attend after being cleared by your doctor. Pre-registration is required.
