It’s only September, but the holidays are quickly approaching… and that means it’s time to start planning fun holiday activities for the whole family! That starts with the holiday favorite, the Essex Steam Train North Pole Express. Tickets go on sale starting Tuesday, September 10!
Beginning for the season on Friday, November 15, board a locomotive-powered sleigh for a magical nighttime journey to the North Pole. Enjoy LIVE musical performance of “The Night Before Christmas.” Santa and Mrs. Claus are also on hand for festive sing-a-longs, hot chocolate and sugar cookies. Plus, each child gets a small gift from Santa and can wear their favorite pajamas! The ride is about 90 minutes.

Price: $68.50 per person / $78.50 Fridays and Saturdays after Thanksgiving

Thursday September 12
Remaining Coach Class Individual Tickets online only beginning at 9 a.m.
Price: $37.50 per person / $47.50 Fridays and Saturdays after Thanksgiving
(Padded Bench Seating. Coach Cars seat 64)
Tickets must be purchased for all passengers ages 1 and up. Children under 1 year old can sit on an adult’s lap at no charge. No carseats or strollers are allowed on the train.
TIP: If you’d like to sit with friends or family, purchase tickets on one order. Tickets are assigned specific train cars and separate reservations can’t be combine to sit together.
