Summer is the perfect time to get outside and get moving! This spring and summer, it’s easy to do with FREE fitness classes that are open to the community at parks around town. Scroll down for a list!

Latham Park

No prior registration is needed.  All classes are on a first come, first served basis and subject to weather conditions. Participants must sign a waiver (valid for the entire season) click here. Please bring a mat for all yoga classes & Boot Camp and Power Workout. Classes will run May 15 – July 2 & August 14 – September 24.
