Yoga & Labor Positions on the Birth Ball

Learn to use the birth ball to bring comfort to your body and support in labor.
In this class you will practice yoga poses on the ball to create stability for the back and pelvis, reducing discomfort. You will also learn techniques to use the ball during labor to ease discomfort and support you in using gravity to aid the baby into a favorable position All stages of pregnancy. No yoga experience required. BYOB (a birth ball is just an exercise ball) Please be sure to purchase the correct size for your height. Please inflate ball fully prior to coming to class. Hips should be above the knees when sitting on the ball.
