Virtual Prenatal Yoga

An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Saturday, repeating until March 27, 2022

For all Stages of Pregnancy
The perfect way to connect with your changing body and your baby during pregnancy. This class will combine yoga postures, breath work, and relaxation techniques, which will help to release tension and fatigue, and prepare the body and mind for labor, delivery and the postpartum period.
If possible, set up near a wall or door.
Bring a yoga mat, yoga blanket or beach towel/bath towel to sit/kneel on. 2 yoga blocks if you have them and 2 pillows or body pillow for our final relaxation pose (Savasana).
