For all Stages of Pregnancy The perfect way to connect with your changing body and your baby during pregnancy. This class will combine yoga postures, breath work, and relaxation techniques, which will help to release tension and fatigue, and prepare the body and mind for labor, delivery and the postpartum period. Bring a yoga mat, yoga blanket or beach towel/bath towel to sit/kneel on. 2 yoga blocks. You may also bring a yoga bolster or pillow for our final relaxation pose (Savasana). Please dress in layers, as doors & windows will be open to let in fresh air. This is an in-person class held at 31 Cascade Rd, Stamford – The Stonehouse at N. Stamford Community Church. There are 6-8 parking spots next to the building. Overflow Parking is across the street at N. Stamford Community Church along the right side of the driveway. Our indoor space is large with high ceilings and windows that open to allow fresh air. Please dress in layers. If you have experienced any Covid-19 symptoms, have tested positive for COVID-19, are awaiting test results, have been knowingly exposed or come into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please do not come to class for 14 days or until you have tested negative for COVID-19.
