Pilates for Peace

We invite you all to join us, in-person or online (via Zoom) for an Invigorating Mat Class in support of people of Ukraine. The “Pilates for Peace” in support of Ukraine event is taking place on Sat., May 21 at 12:00pm at the Italian Center in Stamford, CT.
Classes are donation based ($25 minimum) and open to everyone. We encourage the movement community to participate & stand with us, and give whatever you can to help our Ukrainian colleagues, friends, and families. If you are not able to join the class but would still like to donate, donations of any amount are welcome.
Log in information for the Zoom link will be sent once we have the purchase confirmation.
**Please bring your own Pilates Mat and water bottle. Park close to the main building and meet us in the Ballroom at 11:30am.
