An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until July 27, 2022
Join us this July for our free four-week crash course into mindfulness with sessions led by our team of certified therapists and mindfulness teachers. In the four weeks, we will guide participants through introductory mindfulness topics and help guide each participant to find ways they can include these techniques in their everyday lives.
The teachers especially plan this program to ensure that participants leave with sufficient knowledge to start a healthy mindfulness practice of their own.
Stamford Mindfulness: Intro to Mindfulness Course
July 6th: Session 1: Intro to Mindfulness Meditation, led by Anshul Gupta
July 13th: Session 2: Body Scan Meditation for alleviating aches and pain and improving sleep, led by Dr. Monica Jain
July 20th: Session 3: Mindfulness with Kory, led by Ms. Kory Farzam
July 27th: Session 4: Mindfulness and Self Talk, led by Ms. Dayann Montufar-Liner
The sessions are open to all interested! Pre-registration is suggested but not required.
Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit on.
