An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, repeating until July 3, 2022

An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Sunday and Saturday, repeating until July 3, 2022

Join us for a wide variety of FREE outdoor fitness classes including: Yoga, Zumba, Bootcamp and more!

No prior registration is needed.  All classes are on a first come, first served basis and subject to weather conditions.  All participants must sign a waiver (valid for the entire season).
Please bring a mat for all yoga classes & Boot Camp and Power Workout
Classes will run May 16-July 3 and August 15-September 25.

Boot Camp with Chelsea Piers

WEDNESDAYS:
Bollyfitness with NEHA
6:30PM

THURSDAYS:
Yoga with Chelsea Piers
6:30PM

FRIDAYS:
Zumba with Stamford YMCA: Y without Walls
6:30PM

SATURDAYS:
Yoga with Dew Yoga
9AM

SUNDAYS:
Power Workout with Rumble Boxing Stamford
9AM
(No Class May 22)
