Join us for a wide variety of FREE outdoor fitness classes in Latham Park AND Veterans Memorial Park!
No prior registration is needed. All classes are on a first come, first served basis and subject to weather conditions.
Participants must sign a waiver (valid for the entire season) Sign Waiver
Please bring a mat for Yoga, Boot Camp and Power Workout Classes

About the Classes:
Bollyfitness: Put on your dancing shoes and sweat it out! Bollyfitness brings you a mix of dance & fitness and makes you groove to the Bollywood beats (Indian Style) for a fun-filled, high energy workout.
Cardio Dance: Dance your way to a toned & sculpted body! While continuously dancing to radio hits, (pop, club, hip hop) the instructor uses easy-to-follow moves combining fast & slow rhythms (interval training) to burn those calories! It’s a 1-hour dance party!
Yoga: Revitalize your body, relax your mind and reduce stress with slow, gentle flows and asanas (poses) to increase strength and flexibility.
Zumba: Dance fitness classes that are fun, energetic and make you feel amazing. Perfect for everybody and every body! Each class is designs to bring people together to sweat it on.
Power Workout: Learn 6 punches, the fundamentals of boxing, experience the notorious Rumble Round and sweat in style during the full body, HIIT workout. Shadowboxing in the park is just a test of the full in-studio Rumble experience–you can picture the lights, hitting the bags and working the weights all custom to Rumble Boxing.
